Io HD Driver Version 5.1.2 (16MB TAR archive)
(Release Date 6/6/2008)

Note: This driver version has the same feature set as version 5.1.1 and is only meant to address possible issues for users working with Io HD when operating under OS X 10.5.3. This software should not be used with any other AJA product (KONA, Io, Io LA, Io LD). It is recommended for users working on Mac Pro computers.

Not all CPUs provide sufficient processing for native DVCProHD playback. If dropped frames occur when attempting playback of DVCProHD material when using a particular CPU, users can place the DVCProHD material on a timeline with the Apple ProRes 422 sequence settings. Additionally, if Dynamic RT reports dropped frames during playback of DVCProHD material from the Apple ProRes 422 timeline, rendering the sequence may also be required for realtime playback.
